International Women in Engineering Day

Bell is dedicated to ensuring we are inspiring the future pipeline. In the STEM careers, engineering specifically, women make up less than 15% of the workforce. Women are needed in the field and we used the stories of our top engineers to inspire young women to pursue their dreams.
